Story Summary

Minions is a spin-off prequel to the Despicable Me series, focusing on the tiny, yellow, gibberish-speaking Minions. The film traces their origins and their quest to find the ultimate villain to serve. After accidentally destroying every master they’ve ever had, the Minions—led by Kevin, Stuart, and Bob—embark on a journey to 1960s New York and eventually London, where they meet a young supervillain named Scarlet Overkill. Chaos and hilarity ensue as they try to prove themselves as the ultimate henchmen.
